This week two important Peruvian Paso Horse Shows are going to held,  one in Las Vegas, in the U.S. and the other one in Quito, Ecuador; both of these cities counting with numerous breeders of renown and a great afición.

As always, our wish is to arrive at these events with a fresh edition reason for which we have prepared Edition 35, the next-to-last edition for this year and three months ahead of our 2007 Peru National Show.

Our forever collaborator and friend Dr. Fernando Ribotta has prepared three interesting articles on equine veterinary that are included in this edition. You will also enjoy of a special account on Salta, the city where the National Show of Argentina is held every year; there, the renowned breeder Raúl Risso gave an excellent performance as Judge and refers to the show in another interesting article. To round out our vision of Salta, Diana Johns writes an illustrated article on tourism in that beautiful and well-cared-for city, which today, with all reason, they denominate “Salta la Linda” (Salta, the Beautiful).  The results of the Show Champions and Special Prizes are also included.

This Edition 35 also brings you a compilation in two articles on the famous horse “Limeñito”. Likewise published is a Special on the Cieneguilla Show, always full of life, adding color to our pages with the photos of its winners, its champions and of the breeding ranches.

A warm welcome to all breeders, exhibitors, aficionados and spectators of the Las Vegas Show and of the Quito Show. A very special thanks to their judges for unconditionally helping us to promote the breed.

The best of success to all of you!
