Special Stir-Fried Beef

INGREDIENTS

4 1/2 Lbs. beef.
28 oz. red onions, chopped lenghtwise.
1/6 bunch of coriander.
24 oz. tomatoes, peeled and chopped.
2 1/2 oz. red vinegar.
4 oz. vegetable oil.
1 1/2 oz. worcestershire sauce.
2 1/2 oz. soy sauce.
22 Lbs. white potatoes, chopped lenghtwise and fried.
1/6 bunch of parsley to decorate.
Salt and pepper.

PREPARATION

Slice meat thinly and season with salt and pepper. In a saucepan with hot oil, fry the beef until it golden-brown.

Add the onions until are well cooked, then the tomatoes, vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and coriander. Let reduce.
Sprinkle with coriander.
Serve the stir-fried beef with fried potatoes and rice.

Decorate with parsley.
