Pisco Sour

10 glasses.
INGREDIENTS
20 oz. Pisco.
10 oz. light corn syrup.
5 oz. key lime juice.
30 ice cubes.
5 egg whites.
Drops of bitter of Angostura to decorate.
PREPARATION
Liquefy all the ingredients with the exception of the bitter. Serve in cocktail glasses and fill them till the edge.
Decorate each glass with one or two drops of bitter of Angostura.
