Hot Shrimp Ceviche
Serves 3.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound shrimp tails.
1 onion, chopped lenghtwise.
2 celery stalks, chopped.
1 limo hot pepper, chopped. (use jalapeños)
1 tablespoon og ground aji verde.
3 key limes.
1 teaspoon of chopped coriander.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1 tablespoon of oil.
1 tablespoon of ground garlic.
1/2 teaspoon of paprika.


TO PREPARE:
In a fryinf pan saute the garlic and paprika. Add the shrimp, salt, and fry. When the shrimp have turned a reddish color, add the ground hot pepper and all the remaining ingredients.
Cover and let them simmer for 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.

Serve with yuca root or boiled potatoes.
