Baked Custard
Serves 8.

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups hot milk.
3 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 pinch nutmeg.

TO PREPARE:
Beat the eggs slightly, add the sugar and all the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour the mix into dessert dishes and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
Bake until golden brown.
